You are a small company and you may not have your own Human Resources Department. Maybe you have a division dedicated to Recruiting but you still need help. Your staff is too busy to handle all the aspects of recruiting. Whatever your situation, I can help.

SERVICES

1. Partial to Full life cycle recruiting from finding the candidate all the way to the offer stage. Fees and guarantees would be discussed and agreed upon in consultation.

2. Sourcing candidate resumes already in your possession – I would prescreen your resume on hand for you and weed out who to move forward on and who not to.

3. Candidate correspondence – includes letting candidates know that resume was received, what stages things are at, candidates not chosen, etc.

4. Reference checking

5. Eduucation verification – with written stipulation of what was verified, who spoke to, etc.

6. Other services as deemed necessary that we would discuss in consultation.
